Assistant Manager– Financial Strategy, Taxation & Regulatory Wing

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain complex project finance models for telecom fiber rollouts and data center projects

 • Conduct DCF, IRR, NPV, and investment feasibility analyses

 • Perform “Build vs Buy” and “Lease vs Buy” evaluations for infrastructure decisions

 • Develop business cases and project profiles for local and international financing

 • Prepare financial models for banking and investor communications

 • Support ESG reporting and investor presentations with financial insights

 • Track KPIs such as ARPU, PUE, and cost variances for active projects

 • Identify financial risks and provide early warning signals for cost overruns

🎓 Requirements:

• MBA in Finance/Banking/ACCA/ICMA (preferably from IBA, BRAC, NSU, AIUB or reputed institution)

 • 5–7 years’ experience in financial analysis, project finance, or corporate finance

 • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and infrastructure investment analysis

 • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools

 • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
