Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGD in HRM will be an added advantage
Experience
- Internship or 0–1 years of experience in recruitment/HR
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure on time recruitment against manpower requisition.
- Conduct Manpower analysis and work volume analysis to support/justify the recruitment.
- Circulate Job Advertisement & perform CV collection from different sources.
- Conduct reference verification and salary negotiation on time to fill up the required positions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation of new joiners and complete joining formalities.
- Arrange and initiate necessary logistics supports for new joiner such as seating arrangement, IT Equipment, appointment letter etc.
- Update recruitment database and prepare different HR reports on recruitment forecasting as per requirement.
- Assist subsidiary companies in required Recruitment & Selection process.
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
