Fiber@Home Ltd. is strengthening its project leadership capabilities and seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to drive high-impact initiatives and ensure seamless execution across complex environments.

Job Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategic Growth

  • Driving business development initiatives across Telecom, ICT, Fintech, Government, and Defense sectors, expanding organizational footprint and market share.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities, including DMTCL, government, and defense-related projects, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with government ministries and regulatory bodies fostering trust and collaboration for sustainable growth.

Project Development & Management

  • Leading the end-to-end development of strategic projects, including Universal Ticketing Systems, large-scale ICT infrastructure, and defense communication initiatives.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution, risk management, and compliance with government and enterprise standards.
  • Preparing project proposals, business cases, and market entry strategies for high-value initiatives, supporting executive decision-making.

Market Analysis & Product Strategy

  • Conducting in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting to identify trends and growth opportunities in B2B and government markets.
  • Collaborating with product and technical teams to design solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring commercial viability and competitive advantage.
  • Supporting the development of innovative service delivery models that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Revenue Growth

  • Acting as the primary liaison between management, government agencies, and strategic partners, ensuring smooth business operations and contract execution.
  • Facilitating high-level negotiations, preparing RFP/tender responses, and presenting solutions to CXO-level stakeholders.

Experience

  • 8-10 years in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Project Management.
  • Proven experience in handling government or large-scale ICT infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in Telecom/ICT/Fintech sectors preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EEE/CSE/EECE/ECE etc.) / Business Administration, or related field. PMP/PRINCE2 Certification preferred.
