Manager – Project Management (Business Development)
Fiber@Home Ltd. is strengthening its project leadership capabilities and seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to drive high-impact initiatives and ensure seamless execution across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall planning, coordination, and control of MRT Line-6 project activities to meet scope, time, cost, and quality targets
- Act as the primary focal point between DMTCL, contractors, consultants, JICA, and other key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contract provisions, technical specifications, and approved drawings
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and milestones
- Identify project risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation measures
- Review and approve work programs, method statements, and execution plans
- Oversee QA/QC in construction, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) standards
Control project budget, manage cost variations, and certify contractors’ interim payment claims - Review variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and support dispute resolution
Coordinate land acquisition, utility relocation, and interface matters with government agencies - Supervise testing, trial runs, commissioning, and final handover of Line-6 infrastructure
Prepare and submit progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation to DMTCL management - Support capacity building and knowledge transfer to DMTCL staff
- Ensure successful project close-out, defect liability management, and final acceptance of works
Experience: 10–12 years
Education: BSc in EEE/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred)

- Project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
- Scope definition and control
- Budgeting, cost tracking, and commercial management
- Risk management and issue resolution
- Installation, integration, testing, and acceptance coordination
- SLA, KPI, and deliverables management as per customer contracts
- Regulatory compliance, safety governance, and quality assurance
- Strong documentation control (designs, as-built drawings, acceptance reports)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project)
