Manager/Senior Manager – Inventory, Logistics and Distribution

• Strategic Inventory Leadership: Develop and implement high-level inventory and distribution strategies aligned with organizational goals. 
• Inventory Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels using predictive tools. 
• Operational Oversight: Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations, maintaining service excellence standards. 
• Stock Integrity & Auditing: Manage, track, and audit company stock levels to ensure absolute accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Distribution Management: Design and execute complex logistics strategies, ensuring optimal movement of goods across our supply line. 
• Global & Local Stakeholder Management: Cultivate collaborative relationships with suppliers and carriers to secure a sustainable flow of materials. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as a dedicated partner to internal teams, fostering a culture of mutual success and operational transparency.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed public or private university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in inventory management, distribution, or warehouse operations. Experience in a Multinational Company (MNC) is a significant advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in a leading position, mentoring, or training staff effectively.

• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with a sharp acumen for inventory analysis and data-driven decision-making. 
• Well-versed in inventory management software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication skills and a meticulous approach to auditing and stock optimization.
