Fiber@Home Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and future-forward procurement leader to spearhead our Foreign Procurement function within the Supply Chain Management Department. As a key player in Bangladesh’s digital transformation, we need a professional who combines traditional trade expertise with modern AI-driven insights to build a resilient, world-class supply chain

In this pivotal role, you will drive cost efficiency and ensure seamless regulatory compliance while building sustainable global partnerships that support our long-term national objectives. You will be the bridge between global markets and our local mission, ensuring every contract and shipment strengthens our nationwide infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement high-level foreign procurement strategies and long-term roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
• AI & Data-Driven Insights: Leverage AI-powered tools and market intelligence for spend analysis, cost benchmarking, and predictive sourcing
• Foreign Trade & Contractual Mastery: Design and execute complex negotiation strategies, ensuring optimal commercial terms and deep adherence to international trade laws, LC operations, and contractual compliance
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks through robust category planning and service excellence standards
• Global Stakeholder Management: Cultivate collaborative relationships with global suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to secure a sustainable supply line
• Cordial Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as a dedicated partner to internal teams, managing import logistics and sourcing while fostering a culture of mutual success
• Operational Oversight: Oversee indirect procurement and freight operations, using performance metrics to deliver measurable savings

Requirements

• Educated Professional: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
• Experienced Leader: 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the technology sector and foreign procurement. Experience in a Multinational Company (MNC) is a significant advantage
• Expert Negotiator: Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and international contract management
• Analytically Minded: Data-driven decision-maker with a strong grasp of market intelligence
• People-Centric: Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
