Senior Executive – Learning & Development
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Executive, L&D who will play a key role in shaping a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Your Key Role
- Identify training needs and design impactful learning programs
- Run training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Partner with trainers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver sessions
- Create engaging training modules and e-learning resources
- Evaluate learning outcomes and measure ROI
- Support leadership, talent development, and employee engagement projects
What We Expect
- BBA/MBA in HRM.
- 2–4 years of experience in L&D (telecom/IT/group of companies preferred).
- Strong knowledge of learning strategy, training design, and evaluation.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office; exposure to LMS is an advantage
