Senior Executive – Learning & Development


We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Executive, L&D who will play a key role in shaping a culture of continuous learning and growth.
 
Your Key Role

  • Identify training needs and design impactful learning programs
  • Run training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules
  • Partner with trainers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver sessions
  • Create engaging training modules and e-learning resources
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and measure ROI
  • Support leadership, talent development, and employee engagement projects

 What We Expect

  • BBA/MBA in HRM.
  • 2–4 years of experience in L&D (telecom/IT/group of companies preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of learning strategy, training design, and evaluation.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office; exposure to LMS is an advantage
