Requirements

 Education

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in

• Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• Information and Communication Engineering
• Computer Science & Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Foundational understanding of IP networking technologies and protocols, including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, and QoS, with a strong willingness to develop deeper expertise.
• Interested in pursuing professional certifications like CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, or HCNP to strengthen technical capabilities.
• Enthusiastic about gaining real-world experience in NTTN or ISP IP networks and contributing to operational excellence.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of nationwide backbone and access networks, including L2/L3, MPLS, and FTTX systems.
• Monitor network devices and links using NMS tools to identify faults, analyse performance trends, and ensure stable service delivery.
• Support configuration, upgrade, and patch management of routers, switches, and GPON equipment under supervision.
• Learn to troubleshoot connectivity issues across L2/L3, GPON, and MPLS environments, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service provisioning and customer network requirements.
